CJSC NPP Biomedkhim makes a biological product petrodestructor "Lenoil", SHP intended for mitigation of consequences of emergency pourings of oil and oil products on soil and water objects.

"Biomedkhim" - the diversified company uniting the specialized enterprises of science, production and trade. The company successfully works at the Russian market more than 18 years.

The structure of CJSC NPP Biomedkhim includes two accredited laboratories: The control and analytical laboratory (The certificate of accreditation No. POCC RU.0001.518292) and Laboratory of industrial microbiology (The certificate of accreditation No. POCC RU.0001.516706), also guarantee quality of the carried-out laboratory analyses. 2 doctors and 8 candidates of science work at the enterprise.

The biological product Lenoil of SHP represents dry powder of long storage which part the microorganisms capable to process nefteproduktyv that number cyclic and aromatic, in environments with high degree of a mineralization in the wide range of temperatures and concentration of pollyutant into ecologically safe connections (carbon dioxide and water) are.

Application of a preparation guarantees the following advantages:

- elimination of oil pollution and restoration of a green cover in the shortest possible time;

- ecological safety (cultures of microorganisms are allocated from the nature, are nontoxical, nepatogenna, genetically are not modified);

- simplicity of application of technology of recultivation;

- low cost and high efficiency of recultivation.

The technology of recultivation consists of the following stages:

- preparation of water suspension of a biological product;

- introduction of suspension on the polluted sites;

- complex of agrotechnical actions (plowing, introduction, watering).

The biological product "Lenoil" is applied since 2001 and showed high efficiency in various regions of Rf:orenburgskaya (Orenburgneft - TNK-BP, Orsknefteorgsintez - ANK Russneft), Nizhny Novgorod (Upper Volga main oil pipelines), Samara (Samaraneftegaz), Tomsk (Tomskneft), Tyumen (RITEK, TNK-BP, Surgutneftegas), Chelyabinsk areas (Uralosibirsky oil pipelines), Krasnodar Krai (Kubangeologiya), Tatarstan (Tatneft), Udmurtia (Udmurtneft), the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area (Yukos, Purneftegaz), in China (Tachin, the province Heilujiang) and Kazakhstan (Aksuk, Aktau).

Our enterprise for many years made and delivered to the oil-extracting companies a biological product petrodestructor "Lenoil", SHP according to requirements of TU 9291-020-22657427-2004. During the period from 2004 to 2012 there were considerable changes of requirements to registration of the specifications and technical documentation, and also modernization of the technological line of production of biological products owing to what there was a need of introduction of a large number of adjustments in THAT.

In 2012 our enterprise developed and properly issued new Specifications (TU 9291-001-33822935-2012) and the other necessary specifications and technical documentation.

New technological conditions included two more new microbiological preparations petrodestructors under brand "Lenoil" - the grandee, SHP and "Lenoil" - super, SHP which are optimized for application in the conditions of Far North (structures are in addition enriched with useful species of microorganisms).

Application of new biological products reduces biorecultivation terms that is especially valuable in areas with the short vegetative period, cuts a consumption of mineral and organic fertilizers, increases efficiency of process of cleaning, accelerates restoration of a green cover.

All kinds of activity, technologies, goods and services have necessary fund of standard, allowing and organizational and methodical documentation.

For achievement of maximum efficiency of a preparation Lenoil of SHP our enterprise is ready to carry out scientific maintenance of its application.
