Inhibitors of corrosion of COR HIB 54A

Inhibitor of corrosion of COR HIB 54A OS is strong film-forming inhibitor of corrosion for protection of pipes in boring solutions on a water basis and liquids of completion. By inhibitor of corrosion of COR HIB 54A OS it is dissolved in oil and dispersed in water. Protection is provided concerning a wide range of the polluting substances, including the dissolved salts, organic acids, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and oxygen. Protection is provided up to the temperature of 230 °C (446 °F). COR HIB 54A OS does not contain amines or esters and thus, has very low toxicological properties (10000-20000 mg/kg of LD50 value for rats males). COR HIB 54A OS is completely biologically decomposable.

APPLICATION OF THE PRODUCT
COR HIB 54A OS provides protection against corrosion of all types of boring pipes and upsetting pipes in boring solutions on a water basis and solutions of completion, and also is used for protection against corrosion in transmission lines of sour gases.
PROCESSING
OS COR HIB 54A is added to drilling mud fluid on circulation: concentration of 50 - 1000 ppm (0,05 l/m3 - 1 l/m3) with guarantee will provide a protective film. OS COR HIB 54A in packer liquids: necessary concentration of 500 - 1000 ppm (0,5 l/m3 - 1 l/m3). Higher concentration will be required for liquids with the high content of an active colloidal phase. As biological we will spread out a product, the system has to be previously processed by a bactericide.
